 \nA pastoral transition can be a hard time. It is also an excellent time f
 or the congregation to gain a new sense of hope\, purpose\, and direction.
  I'm praying that Peace becames an even greater group of believers where G
 od is at work. \nWe want as many people as possible to participate in thi
 s transition and hope that you will join in. Please let us know how we can
  help you participate. \nKey people to help us navigate this transition a
 re \n\nMr Josh Gower congregational president\nMr Terry Brower elder and 
 the point person for the calling process\n\nBoth these men will be happy t
 o talk to you and help you answer any questions you might have. \nWe've g
 ot a couple of key items to get at right away and we want to address them 
 this coming Sunday\, April 12th following service (10:45 am). \n\nWe're 
 going to overview the transition process and answer any questions. \nWe w
 ant input regarding the next pastor at Peace. We'll do that through conver
 sation and the attached survey (available in Word or PDF). We'll go throug
 h it together on Sunday April 12th and be happy to help you answer any que
 stions.  You can also fill it out on your own and email it to church@peac
 eotsego.org \nWe need to decide if we want an administrator to help Peace
  do ministry during the interim. \nWe need to thoroughly discuss and seek
  a consensus if we want to ask for a new graduate to serve at Peace. That 
 is a special call. \nWe'll discuss who could serve the vacancy at Peace.
